Your senior experience with me isn’t about just getting that one shot for the yearbook, it is about experiencing a day you won’t forget. It is my job to make you feel comfortable. You don't have to be a model for me to be able to capture your authentic and absolutely beautiful self and make you shine! It is about creating images that make a statement and define who you are in this season of your life.

Creating your unique senior portrait experience requires planning and preparation; it is a detailed and very exciting process that will result in gorgeous images you will admire for years to come! Your ideal outfits, the hair and makeup, the location are all components of your session that we will plan out together to make the experience unforgettable. By the day of your session, you’ll feel upbeat and excited!

When hiring Maria for my son’s senior portraits, my fear was if the photos were going to strike the right mix between casual yet professional. And boy did they! Both David and I love the images. The location she chose helped contribute to the great energy of the photos. My son was a little apprehensive about having a his senior photo taken professionally. He doesn’t like having his photo taken at all, so setting aside time specifically for this purpose wasn’t his idea of a great time. But the whole experience with was 100% positive, he was upbeat afterwards and said he had a great time with Maria! You can tell in the photos—Maria was able to capture him in a very relaxed state and he looks so happy. The photos are so beautiful! I highly recommend Maria!

Michael is reserved and dislikes having his picture taken, so I was nervous about how things would go having a professional photo shoot. I shouldn’t have worried! His photos turned out beautifully. He actually enjoyed the experience! We were provided with a large selection of photos with a variety of poses and backgrounds, some in black and white and some in color. Our biggest struggle during the whole experience was selecting our favorite images.

I love to meet with my clients before the big day (mom can come along, of course)! We can meet at a coffee shop, a juice bar or even at your school! This is when we will talk about your vision for your session, create a personalized plan and go over some of the important details on prepping.

Session Day, finally! You’ve prepared years for this day, so let’s make it happen! This day is dedicated solely to you! I will generally photograph only one senior per day to give you the most personalized experience. I’m there, fully invested in you, so relax, we’ll go with the flow and it’ll be so much fun! P.S.
